ASYNTRIC ("ASYNTRIC," "we," "us," or "our") is based in Kirkland, Washington, United States. This Privacy Notice describes how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit asyntric.com, request a private demo, contact us, or otherwise interact with this website.

This notice currently applies to the public ASYNTRIC website and private-demo/contact workflow. Separate agreements and notices may apply to future ASYNTRIC products, applications, enterprise deployments, research programs, hardware, or services.

Information you provide

When you request a private demo, investor briefing, press conversation, partnership discussion, or other contact, we may collect:

• email address;

• company or organization;
• the type of relationship or inquiry;
• information you voluntarily provide in subsequent communications.

Technical information

Do not submit sensitive information

Please do not use the public contact or private-demo form to send Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, financial account credentials, medical records, passwords, private encryption keys, biometric identifiers, genetic data, precise health-related location data, or other highly sensitive personal information.

ASYNTRIC does not sell personal information for money. We do not intend to use private-demo contact information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

The public ASYNTRIC website and private-demo form are not intended to collect consumer health data. Future ASYNTRIC products may involve cameras, sensors, wearables, spatial systems, robotics, or other physical-AI technologies. Before any ASYNTRIC product intentionally collects or processes consumer health data subject to the Washington My Health My Data Act, ASYNTRIC will provide the separate notices, policies, consents, authorizations, rights processes, and safeguards required for that product and use case.

This website and ASYNTRIC private demos are intended for business, professional, press, investor, partner, and adult audiences. They are not directed to children under 13.

We do not knowingly use this website to collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through this site, contact privacy@asyntric.com so we can evaluate and address the request.

If you request a demo or contact ASYNTRIC, you authorize us to respond to your request using the contact information you provided.

Commercial or promotional email from ASYNTRIC will provide any disclosures and opt-out mechanisms required by applicable U.S. law. You may unsubscribe from promotional email using the unsubscribe method provided in the message.

Unsubscribing from marketing messages does not prevent ASYNTRIC from sending non-promotional messages reasonably necessary to respond to a request, provide a requested service, address security issues, or administer an existing business relationship.

Private demos and pre-release technology

ASYNTRIC may demonstrate prototypes, simulations, experimental systems, planned capabilities, pre-release hardware or software, AI-generated content, research concepts, or features that may change or never become generally available.

Demonstrations are provided for evaluation and discussion and should not be treated as a warranty, binding product commitment, investment representation, or guarantee of future availability, performance, pricing, compatibility, or results.

No confidential relationship from form submission

Do not submit confidential, proprietary, export-controlled, or trade-secret information through the public website or contact form.
